There is much to be gained from the many "nos" that eventually lead to a "yes." This excerpt inspires you to embrace your true purpose, even when the path is challenging. Remember, there is light at the end of the journey.#consistencymatters #leadershipdevelopment #processimprovement

Remember, failure is not a reflection of your worth or abilities; it is simply a part of the journey towards success. By reframing your perspective on failure and viewing it as a stepping stone rather than a stumbling block, you can overcome your fear of failure and pursue your goals with confidence and resilience.

Life is about the decisions you make every day. Have we not all heard that said at some point? (To those who are unemployed) It is not until so many doors get shut in your face that you lose count that you start to ask...what am I doing wrong? You may be doing everything correctly, but the doors keep shutting.Your resume has been corrected by professionals three times, your LinkedIn account has been polished to align perfectly with your career experience and your personal branding. You may have worked hard for months with a career coach and have practiced your answers to every:Conflict resolution questionsCharacter and motivation questionsCommunication-based questionsCompetency-based questionsProblem-solving questions...and bleak hopes of employer commitments come and go every week. Even if you have exhausted all of your co-workers, friends, and family's connections don't give up. When the gate keepers don't give you five minutes to talk to a hiring manager...don't give up. Expand your network and set up your profile on as many online platforms as you can. Stay the course and work through your next no until you receive that "YES".

An open mind is a powerful tool that can help us recognise opportunities and maximise our potential to achieve great success. The video echoes my firm belief in the power of mentors and motivators in all aspects of life. By seeking guidance and staying motivated, we can unlock our full potential and achieve great things. As a project and programme manager, I have developed a keen ability to successfully deliver change management within complex environments and systems. One of the key factors contributing to my success is my skill in identifying the drivers and early adopters among stakeholders. This has been instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of change initiatives.#powerofno #army #purposedriven #opportunities #mentorship #projectmanagement #stakeholdermanagement #stakeholderengagement

Embracing failure as a learning opportunity rather than something to be feared can be incredibly empowering. However, regretting not taking action can often be more haunting than any failure."Failure is not the end but a stepping stone towards success. It teaches, refines, and strengthens us. Fear of failure should never hold us back; instead, let us fear the regret of never trying. Regret weighs heavier on the soul than any misstep. So, dare greatly, pursue passionately, and embrace every opportunity, knowing that it's better to fail gloriously than to live with the silent agony of what could have been."Remember, the path to success is often paved with failures, but it's the persistence, resilience, and the courage to face fears that ultimately lead to fulfillment and achievement. #leadership #empowering #motivation #resilience #passion #purposedriven #fulfillment #learningandgrowing #opportunity
