It’s a very lovely school, I feel excited to go there everyday and I’ve made a lot of really amazing friends and memories.

The academic atmosphere is excellent. They provide everything necessary and omit useless activities that detract students from what they should do.
Professors are just fine. They did what they should have done, and did not have an advance.

NJIT has left a great impression on me. I have not started my semester, which I will start in the fall of this year. The community is lively with many activities to do. There is not a single dull moment at NJIT whether you're a writer, artist, musician, athlete, or scientist. As for academics, this college offers an astounding amount of resources from professors' office hours, or a multitude of tutors with no additional cost. They even have a discord server for help. I feel as though I will be able to succeed in NJIT coming in as a freshman.

My time at NJIT has been okay so far. I liked the professors, how everyone was very nice and helpful, the different organizations to be a part of, the classes and all. Everything has been really good so far

NJIT is a great place for anyone interested in engineering and technology. The campus is in Newark, NJ, and being so close to NYC is awesome for internships and jobs. The school is really diverse and inclusive, and the modern facilities and research opportunities are top-notch. I've found the career services super helpful, and the connections with industries are strong. There are some things that could be better, like housing and dining options, and dealing with admin stuff can be a hassle. But overall, if you're into STEM, NJIT offers a solid education and a vibrant, urban campus life.

The school offers a lot of opportunities, it is just up to the student to take advantage of them. The school is very male dominated, so as a woman you may feel out of place, but overall most people are nice and there are many great organizations to join. The partying scene is fairly minimal, since it is a technology school and not in a great area.

If you go here, you really go here for schooling. You can't really go out anywhere close and the social life is fairly non-existent. As such, people to go neighboring cities and whatnot to have the chance to go out. Academically, there's a lot to like about this school. The professors are caring and since the class sizes are usually not very big, you are able to really connect with and get along with the professors well.

My experience at the currently New Jersey institute of technology, many things are going great and fantastic, made a lot of new friends, paid my tuitions on time, having amazing professors, etc. In Fall 2024, it will be my 2 year enrolling into this university and I would like to continue this route with lots of successful and achieving more goals to complete and graduate with my bachelors degree in Architecture.

So far, my time at NJIT has been a good one. I majored in architecture my first year, then switched to digital design the second, which I plan to keep until completion in 2027. For both of my first two years I dormed on campus. I really liked doing this. The design fields are taken really serious at NJIT, so being close to our labs and studios helped getting through it a lot easier. Though, I do wish they were a little more transparent with the additional costs of these majors. The costs of supplies are not detailed anywhere when applying for them and dropped at a moment's notice a week before a project. The dorming facilities meet my standards, the food is good enough, and I feel pretty safe on campus despite the harsh name Newark has made for itself. I look forward to going back in the fall.

I'd say I like the proximity. Everything is fairly close together, so it makes going to classes a bit easier. I'd like to see a change in on-campus opportunities, maybe some more here and there.

NJIT as a whole is a very well rounded college experience, while it's situated in Newark a city that doesn't exactly have the best reputation, the campus itself is safe and the city in a greater sense is coming back around for the most part. If you're looking for something bigger than that there are multiple train lines that go to NYC very close by so that is always an option too. Campus life is the only thing that really struggles at NJIT as there aren't the most amount of places to congregate to, due to the school only having one field, although realistically I am unaware as to how they would fix that it is something that I would like to see in the future.

I hope NJIT will be fun but this survey didn't apply to me since I am an upcoming freshman. I hope that my experience will be good since I have heard good things and I also believe this school is fitted for me.

Being a transfer student, I thought it would be difficult to adjust to a new school. However, I was wrong. The amount of support they provided was immense, and it genuinely made me enjoy going to school.

As of currently I would like nothing to change, but hat doesn’t mean that this feeling will lay throughout my college life but so far so good. The campus is nice and the people are so friendly and above all the student to facility ratio is actually amazing.

NJIT is so close to NYC, Hoboken andJersey City so even though the campus is more school focused, there is plenty to do outside of campus. The education is amazing and the athletic facilities are one of the nicest I've seen.
